Stance: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, centered on the board, with knees slightly bent.
Grip: Hold the top handle with one hand and the shaft with the other.
Paddle Height: Ensure the paddle handle is about one head’s height taller than you.
Paddling: Rotate your torso as you paddle, keeping strokes long and smooth. Alternate sides to go straight, or paddle only on one side to turn.

Original Series (Single-Fold Design):
Remove the fins and open the valve to release air.
Fully deflate the board (using an electric or manual pump if needed).
Roll the board from nose to tail.
ULTRA™ Series (Bi-Fold Design):
Remove the fins and open the valve to release air.
Fold the board in half lengthwise (“hot dog” style).
Roll the folded board from nose to tail.
Remove the fins and open the valve to release air.
Fully deflate the board (using an electric or manual pump if needed).
Roll the board from nose to tail.

Fold the board in half lengthwise (“hot dog” style).

Our boards are designed for normal sun and outdoor use. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or leaving your board on a hot surface can cause material stress or warping. Damage from excessive heat or sun exposure is not covered under warranty. To protect your board, store it in a cool, shaded area when not in use and release some air pressure (PSI).

Light creasing or fold marks are normal after folding or storage and do not affect performance or durability. To minimize creases, roll or fold the board evenly and avoid sharp bends. Inflating the board and letting it sit can also help smooth minor creases.
We always encourage wearing a USCG-approved personal flotation device (PFD), especially in open water or fast currents. Ensure your PFD meets US Coast Guard requirements for your weight and activity. Regardless of skill level, wearing a PFD is the safest choice. Safety first!
First, make sure the valve is fully closed by pressing down and twisting until it clicks. If air is still escaping, check for dirt or debris in the valve. For a slow leak, re-seating the valve or using a small amount of soapy water to locate bubbles can help. If the problem persists, contact us for guidance on the next steps.
