FLOAT WARRANTY POLICY

Coverage Duration:

Current Season Inflatable floats are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original purchase date.

*All Floats listed under FINAL SALE are subject to 6-Month Limited Warranty

What’s Covered:

We cover verified manufacturing defects that affect the float’s structural integrity or performance, including:

  1. Seam leaks
  2. Seam separation or seam burst
  3. Valve defects
  4. Structural or functional failures that prevent the float from holding air or working as intended

Claims require proof of purchase and clear photo or video evidence of the issue while the float is inflated.

What’s Not Covered:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by punctures, misuse, improper storage, overexposure to sun or heat, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Cosmetic issues are not covered, including:

  1. Minor glue marks or glue imperfections
  2. Surface blemishes or discoloration
  3. Print inconsistencies
  4. Non-structural wrinkles

These cosmetic variations do not affect performance and are considered normal.

Resolution:

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the float at our discretion. Refunds are not provided under this warranty.
