iROCKER strives to offer the highest quality products in the industry; however, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 45 days of your purchase date for a full refund of the original purchase price, subject to certain terms and conditions defined below. *

*Any boards purchased from an unauthorized retailer either online or in person are not eligible for return or warranty. All returns and warranty claims must provide proof of purchase from either iROCKER’s online store or an authorized seller.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE STARTING YOUR RETURN

      • Contact us first: You must first contact our Customer Experience team to register your return and obtain a case number before returning your purchase.
        • Any returns that have not been registered before shipping, or if the case number provided is not filled out on the return slip, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. We recommend you include the case number on the memo line of the return shipping label.
      • Return Condition: Boards must be in original, unused condition with all accessories (paddle, pump, leash, fins, repair kit) included. Damaged or missing items may reduce your refund. Items that have been used should be cleaned before returning. Boards and gear that show signs of usage will be subject to deductions, as seen below, based on return condition.
      • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, including insurance to cover any damage in transit during the return. Customers refusing delivery will have the cost of return shipping deducted from their refund.
      • Refunds: Subject to the terms of this policy, we accept returns within 45 days of the date of purchase. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method for the item price only- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN

    • Contact Us to register your return and receive your Return Authorization Slip
      • Returns that have not been registered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
    • Package your return inside of a box with the Return Authorization Slip.
      • All returns must be clean and in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear. Any damage, missing items or visible signs of wear will result in a reduction of the customer’s refund amount.
    • All returns must include all originally included parts and accessories (paddle, pump, leash, fins, and repair kit). Gifts with Purchase must also be returned.
      • Ship your order with any shipping service, excluding Hard Boards, so long as the package is sent with a tracking number. Please keep the tracking number for reference.

      PLEASE NOTE: Returns MUST be completed within 5 business days of receiving authorization. Late returns will be ineligible for a refund and will instead be provided with store credit. If you require an extension, please contact our Customer Experience Team prior to shipping your return.

      FAQs

      How much does return shipping cost?

      The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs may vary depending on the items being returned and the return location. Return labels must be purchased through a carrier of your choice. Most carriers can provide quotes online, over the phone, or in-store.

      What size box should I use for my return?

      We recommend using the packing materials your order was shipped in, but if you no longer have the box you can purchase one using the following dimensions as a guide:
      • The dimensions of our Original Series board boxes are: 38” x 15” x 18” / 45 lbs.
      • The dimensions of our ULTRA™ Series board boxes are: 25” x 12” x 20” / 38 lbs.
      • The dimensions of our Hard Board boxes are: 128” x 35” x 8” / 44 lbs.

      When can I expect my refund?

      • Once a return has been received at our warehouse, it will undergo inspection. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return and refund to be processed.
      • Please note, we do not refund the cost of shipping paid on the original order as the shipping charges are paid to the carrier for the delivery service that has been completed.
      • If a customer has refused delivery, the cost of refusal will be deducted from the refund amount.

      What does the return inspection entail?

      • All products are inspected upon arrival at our distribution center. Any damage, missing items or visible signs of wear will result in a reduction of customers refund amount.
      • Please ensure that your returned items are clean, dry, and that any existing damage is reported when registering your return.

      What items are ineligible for return?

      Items purchased as Used or Open Box are not eligible for returns under the Returns Policy.

      How do I return a hard board?

      Due to their size and shape, Hard Boards must be returned by a special freight carrier. Contact us for more information or support with your Hard Board return.
      • Hardboard returns must be returned in their original packaging
      • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount

        iROCKER allows for returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the original purchase price. Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required to submit a return. Your item(s) must be returned in new and unused condition with all originally included accessories packaged inside of a shipping bon. Damaged or used returns will be discarded, and a refund will not be issued.
