SURVEY Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the iROCKER survey incentive offering a 3-month extended warranty for eligible customers and entry into a $500 Visa Gift Card giveaway.

To qualify for the 3-month extended warranty, participant must meet all of the following requirements:

1. Be a U.S. customer and 18 years of age or older
2. Have placed a qualifying iROCKER order within the last 45 days
3. Have a qualifying order total of $500 or more
4. Have purchased eligible core products, including iROCKER boards and/or floats
5. Complete the survey within 72 hours of receiving the survey email
6. Answer all required survey questions
7. Provide a valid order number in the survey submission

The 3-month extended warranty applies only to eligible core products from the qualifying order, including boards and floats. Accessories and non-core products are excluded unless otherwise stated by iROCKER.

The warranty extension is non-transferable and may only be applied to the original customer account associated with the qualifying order.

Once eligibility is confirmed, the 3-month extended warranty will be added to the eligible customer’s account automatically. No additional action or outreach is required from the customer. A confirmation email will be sent once the warranty extension has been applied.

If the customer needs to use the 3-month extended warranty, they may be asked to provide a copy or screenshot of the original warranty extension confirmation email as proof of eligibility.

Incomplete survey submissions, missing or invalid order numbers, duplicate submissions, submissions received after the 72-hour deadline, or submissions that do not meet the eligibility requirements may be disqualified.

Limit one 3-month extended warranty per eligible customer/account.

Eligible survey participants will also be entered for a chance to win one $500 Visa Gift Card.

Giveaway is open to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. Limit one giveaway entry per person.

One winner will be selected by random drawing within 7 days of the survey email send date. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize consists of one $500 Visa Gift Card. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at iROCKER’s discretion. Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

The selected winner will be contacted directly using the contact information provided in the survey submission or associated with the qualifying order. If the selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond, or does not confirm prize acceptance within 48 hours of the initial contact attempt, iROCKER reserves the right to select an alternate winner by random drawing.

No additional purchase is necessary to enter or win the $500 Visa Gift Card giveaway. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

Survey responses may be used by iROCKER for internal business purposes, including understanding how customers discover iROCKER products, improving marketing efforts, and enhancing customer experience.

iROCKER reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, late, or otherwise non-compliant submissions, and modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or circumstances outside of iROCKER’s control.
