International shipping charges vary and depend on the destination. A shipping charge will be automatically applied at checkout to orders less than $200. *Batteries, including the iROCKER Rechargeable Battery, are excluded from international shipping and therefore not eligible for international purchase.
Shipments are sent express (air) from Jacksonville, FL via DHL. Shipment times will vary depending on proximity to a major city, with 5-7 business days being the average. Remote locations may experience longer shipping times.
Order confirmation is sent to the email address provided immediately. If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam folder. If your order confirmation is not in your spam folder, please contact our Customer Experience Team.
It is not uncommon for your order to ship in multiple packages. Your paddle board and other accessories and/or gear will arrive separately.
We offer up to a 3-year warranty on paddle boards and up to 1-year warranty on gear to all our customers who purchase directly from irockersup.com. For more detailed warranty information on your specific product, please click here

Please note all responses will be provided in English.
Local duties and tariffs are factored into the cost of products sold internationally.
We do not currently offer financing to our international community outside of the United States. 
iROCKER strives to offer the highest quality products in the industry; however, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 45 days of your purchase date for a full refund of the original purchase price, subject to certain terms and conditions.
