iROCKER Promotional Sales & Discount Policy

iROCKER reserves the right to advertise discounts based on the original listed price. Some prices or discounts may be advertised as “starting at,” and pricing or discount amounts may vary by product, colorway, or configuration. Please refer to the applicable product page and selected colorway for the most accurate current pricing and promotional details.

Promotional pricing and offers are valid only during the stated promotional period, while supplies last, and are subject to product availability. Prices, promotions, discounts, bundles, gifts with purchase, and promotional offers may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.

All discounts must be applied at checkout using the applicable promotional code or offer. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases or to future purchases after the promotion has ended. Only one promo code may be used per checkout unless expressly stated otherwise. Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, promo codes, loyalty rewards, store credits, or other offers unless specifically stated.

Prices are subject to change. iROCKER does not offer price matching or price guarantees, including for items left in a cart after a promotion has ended. Price adjustments and price matching are not available during major promotional periods, including the two (2) weeks preceding Memorial Day, Independence Day/July 4th, and Black Friday promotions.

Promotions may exclude certain products, gift cards, taxes, shipping charges, previous purchases, or other exclusions as specified in the promotion. Promotional offers have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, store credit, or gift cards unless required by law. No rain checks will be issued for out-of-stock promotional items.

Free gifts and promotional items are available while supplies last. If a promotional item is unavailable, iROCKER reserves the right to substitute it with a product or color of equal or greater value.

Bundle offers are available only while all qualifying bundle components remain in stock. Individual products may remain available for purchase even if they are no longer eligible for inclusion in a promotional bundle. iROCKER reserves the right to modify bundle contents, discontinue bundle offers, or remove products from bundle eligibility at any time. Individual products removed from a bundle will be sold at their current advertised price and are not eligible for bundle pricing.

Bundle offers, gifts with purchase, free gifts, and promotional items are considered part of a single promotional offer and must be returned in their entirety. Individual items, including free gifts or promotional products, are not eligible for separate returns, exchanges, or refunds. Although an order confirmation or invoice may allocate a portion of the purchase price among individual items for accounting, tax, or system purposes, such allocation does not establish separate purchase prices or separate return eligibility.

If a qualifying product is returned, all free gifts, bundle components, and promotional items received as part of the offer must also be returned. Returns of the qualifying product without the accompanying promotional item(s), or returns of promotional item(s) without the qualifying product, may not be accepted. If all required promotional items are not returned, iROCKER reserves the right to deduct the full retail value of the unreturned item(s) from the refund.

Returns and exchanges are otherwise subject to iROCKER’s standard Return Policy. Refunds will be issued based on the amount actually paid after applicable promotional discounts.

Customer courtesy discount codes, appeasement codes, or other special discount codes issued by iROCKER may be subject to deactivation if the qualifying order, issue, or circumstance for which the code was issued is canceled, returned, refunded, resolved, or otherwise no longer applicable.

Quantities may be limited per customer, household, or order. iROCKER reserves the right to limit quantities or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or customers abusing promotional offers.

Orders are subject to cancellation or refusal if a discount code or promotional offer is misused, or due to pricing errors, typographical errors, technical or system issues, payment processing issues, inventory shortages or discrepancies, fulfillment constraints, suspected fraud, or other internal processing errors. If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Promotions are valid only in eligible shipping locations and are void where prohibited by law.
