Open Box Items

Open box items are previously purchased and returned items that have been tested and verified to be in working condition. These items may have been repackaged for sale.

  • Open-box items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Open-box items are covered under iROCKER‘s Warranty Policy

Used Condition Items

Used condition boards and gear are gently used items, returned within 45 days of purchase. These items may have been repackaged for sale.

  • Used condition items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Used condition items are not covered by iROCKER‘s Warranty Policy

30-Day Guarantee

Open-box and used board and gear items are structurally sound but may contain scratches, blemishes, and imperfections. Your purchase is covered by a 30-day guarantee that covers structural issues that might not have been detected during testing. 

All open-box and used condition boards are sold with the same accessories as new boards; however, accessories may not be color coordinated and may come with a different color paddle, bag, or leash.

Your purchase will include:

  • Board & fins (Basic Kit)
  • Board, fins, leash, pump, bag, paddle (Full Kit) 

All "NEW" Paddle Boards and Gear listed under OPEN BOX & USED SALE are subject to "Open Box" Terms & Conditions

WAREHOUSE SALE PURCHASES

 All paddle boards and gear purchased at iROCKER Warehouse Sales are subject to the following conditions 

  • No warranty. 
  • No exchanges. 
  • No returns. 

 7-DAY GUARANTEE 

 The 7-day guarantee applies to functional failures only that may not have been detected during inspection.

  • The 7-day guarantee allows for a board exchange at the iROCKER warehouse only. The exact board may not be available. A similar board will be provided as a replacement. No refunds will be issued.
