• This includes seam damage or any pre-existing structural issues (issues that occurred before purchase) that makes the board unusable. 

• The 7-day guarantee allows for a board exchange at the iROCKER warehouse. The exact board may not be available. A similar board will be provided as a replacement. No refunds will be issued.
