Heat Exposure Policy for Inflatable Paddleboards

Inflatable paddleboards are designed for extended use on a wide range of bodies of water. When in use on the water, the natural cooling effect helps regulate internal air pressure, maintaining the structural integrity of the board throughout the day.

However, inflatable paddleboards must not be left in direct sunlight when out of the water. Even in shaded areas, if the board is resting on hot surfaces such as sand, asphalt, or concrete, excessive heat can still accumulate and compromise the product’s durability. These surfaces can cause the air inside the board to expand, leading to increased internal pressure and potential seam failure.

To minimize the risk of heat-related damage:

  • Do not leave the board in direct sun for extended periods when not in use.

  • Avoid placing the board on hot surfaces, even in shaded areas.

  • Limit exposure to heat-retaining surfaces to no more than 15 minutes at a time.

  • Store the board in a cool, shaded area when not in use.

Important: Damage resulting from heat exposure due to improper storage or prolonged contact with hot surfaces is not covered under the product warranty.
